I can't give you an introduction to who I truly am without first some background info on how I got to where I am today. I have had a lifelong struggle with weight, food, and body image. Four years ago, when I was a junior in high school I began a weight loss regimen and over the next year and a half lost 50 lbs. Then, as I like to put it, life happened and I gained back most of my weight. I soon realized that my weight loss regimen wasn't a true life style change but instead a diet and we all know, diets just don't work.
So now here I am a junior in college and truly focused and committed to weight loss once more. However, this time is different. This time is different because I don't have a desire to lose weight to be
